Enclavado en el nΓΊcleo de Little Havana, el edificio de cinco pisos se implanta de manera racional en un pequeΓ±o lote rectangular de limitado frente. Doce exclusivas unidades residenciales, distribuidas en tres por piso, se elevan con elegancia en este vibrante y culturalmente activo vecindario, ofreciendo una fusiΓ³n ΓΊnica de lujo contemporΓ‘neo, vida urbana y el distintivo encanto latinoamericano que caracteriza la zona.
Inspirada por la efervescente atmΓ³sfera de este entorno dinΓ‘mico, la arquitectura fusiona con maestrΓa lΓneas limpias y elementos elegantes, estableciendo una conexiΓ³n profunda con el espΓritu artΓstico del vecindario. La fachada, cuidadosamente concebida, refleja una paleta de colores neutros que logra una fusiΓ³n armΓ³nica y respetuosa con el entorno circundante.

Nestled in the core of Little Havana, the five-story building is strategically placed on a small rectangular lot with limited frontage. Twelve exclusive residential units, arranged three per floor, rise gracefully in this vibrant and culturally enriched neighborhood, offering a unique fusion of contemporary luxury, urban living, and the distinctive Latin American charm that characterizes the area.
Inspired by the effervescent atmosphere of this dynamic setting, the architecture skillfully blends clean lines and elegant elements, establishing a profound connection with the artistic spirit of the neighborhood.
