Localizado frente al Club Cartagena, en el exclusivo barrio de Bocagrande, este lujoso edificio ofrece tres tipos de unidades por piso que van desde 116 m2 hasta 210 m2 para un total de 49 unidades, todas ellas con vistas directas al mar Caribe. Como requerimiento fundamental del cliente, el edificio tenΓa que ser sobrio desde el punto de vista arquitectΓ³nico y eficiente desde el punto de vista constructivo, para lograr esto se decidiΓ³ utilizar los balcones y elementos divisorios de fachada como una gran retΓcula donde un pequeΓ±o gesto de entrantes y salientes resolviese la estΓ©tica del proyecto. La piscina, con borde infinito, remata el conjunto a manera de cubo de agua y en la zona de llegada, en la planta baja, un muro verde sirve de telΓ³n al atrio vehicular.
Located in front of the Cartagena Club, in the exclusive neighborhood of Bocagrande, this luxurious building offers three types of units per floor ranging from 116 m2 to 210 m2 for a total of 49 units, all with direct views of the Caribbean Sea. As a fundamental requirement of the client, the building had to be sober from an architectural point of view and efficient from a construction point of view. To achieve this, it was decided to use the balconies and façade dividing elements as a large grid, where a small gesture of protrusions and recesses would solve the project's aesthetics. The infinity-edge pool tops off the ensemble as a water cube, and in the arrival area on the ground floor, a green wall serves as a backdrop to the vehicular atrium.
