Is a multidisciplinary practice for sustainable architecture, urbanism, structural engineering and design, founded by Jorge Del Castillo Schiffino in 2004. With offices in Cartagena and Miami.
We operate as a Design-Build workshop, a laboratory where the rigorous analysis of the local context and a pragmatic approach to the constructability, real estate market, materials selection and local construction methods are the essential elements of our work philosophy.
Our work ranges from private residences and multifamily towers to commercial buildings and infrastructure facilities. As well as interior architecture, furniture design, and industrial design.
Our firm is dedicated to creating designs that are highly sensitive and responsive to their context and climate. We believe that architecture should be economically responsible, considering not only the initial construction costs but also the long-term impact of our designs on the environment and the community.
We approach each project with a deep respect for the landscape, culture, and traditions of the place, creating designs that are both innovative and deeply rooted in their surroundings.

Operamos como un taller βDesign-Buildβ, un laboratorio donde el anΓ‘lisis riguroso del contexto local y un enfoque pragmΓ‘tico sobre la constructibilidad, el mercado inmobiliario, la selecciΓ³n de materiales y los mΓ©todos de construcciΓ³n locales son los elementos esenciales de nuestra filosofΓa de trabajo.
Nuestra obra abarca desde residencias privadas y torres multifamiliares hasta edificios comerciales e instalaciones de infraestructura. Como tambiΓ©n arquitectura de interiores, diseΓ±o de mobiliario y diseΓ±o industrial.
Nos dedicamos a crear proyectos altamente sensibles y responsables con su contexto y clima.
